MATERIALS:
1 Dollar Tree tinsel witch hat
1 Roll 2.5" x 9 feet wired ribbon of your choice
2 Rolls 10" wide deco mesh of your choice (you will need 15 pieces each color. Cut to 15" long)
4 Packs deco mesh tubing color of your choice
1 Bat clip
17 pipe cleaners
hot glue/glue gun
scissors
Glitter vase fillers your choice in colors
2 zip ties
