Five hundred (500) years ago, immortals who had sinned are banished to the Island of Siliang. Their redemption will come 500 years later though some opted for earlier freedom.

The main male protagonist of the story is Jing Xuan. He is the son of Shang Zhen and foster brother of Tu Li. He is thought to have died along with his entire family but Elder Feng Mien rescued and hid him from the islanders. Strong, contemplative and determined, his life mission is to unmask the secret of the Siliang island to clear his family’s reputation.

As the main female protagonist of The Island of Siliang, Tu Li was left behind as a mortal child by her father, a pirate. She was then fostered to the Shang Family. After the tragedy, the Elder Heng took care of her. Her life has been hanging by the thread ever since, due to the islanders’ animosity towards mortals. However, she is optimistic, resourceful, bright and dexterous.

Both of them were separated since the tragic event. However, ten years later, they finally meet….
