Masaledar Mutton Keema Hydrabadi Style ||Mutton Keema || Hydrabadi Mutton Keema By Kitchen Delicious
ingredients:
500 g mutton mince
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ cup curd
2 green chilli
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 tsp dedicated coconut
½ tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp black pepper
3-4 cloves
1 black cardamom
1/8 nutmeg
3&4 green cardamom
½ mace
1 inch cinnamon stick
½ cup oil
2 bay leaves
2 fried onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp lemon juice
green chilli
coriander leaves
METHOD
1. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, Haldi powder, dahi, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies into Keema. Marinate for 30 seconds.
2. In a pan dry roast all whole spices ( decicated coconut, poppy seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, green elaichi, badi elaichi, darchini, pepper corns, nutmeg and javitri) dry roast fo 2 minute.
3 add all spices in to a jaar and make a fine powder. And keep aside side
4. In a pan heat oil add bayleaves and add marinated keema cook on high flame until it's dry.
5. Add grinded powder and fried onions and mix well.
6. Add water and bring to boil.
7. Cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
8. Add lemon juice, Kasuri methi, and green chilies. Cook for few seconds.
Keema is ready serve hot.
