Certain elements in your artwork have not been set to overprint and therefore your artwork may print incorrectly with missing elements in the final printed product. For example, You have a watermark image with a calendar over it. If you have not selected overprint, the calendar will leave white lines during the printing process.
Please let your designer activate the overprint setting from the elements or as a last resort, flatten the image and resave it as a 300dpi (CMYK) pdf file and re-supply the artwork. To activate the overprint setting, In Illustrator: Go to Window - Attributes - Select Overprint Fill / Stroke, Save as High-Quality Pdf with bleed & upload your artwork to the system.
