This is how to get the Repeaters from Janek in Ramsgate. After having played for a few levels, he will give you the possibility to craft all the parts.
After that you need to go to the menu, click on your weapon twice and then they will be all the way on the right side!
The next quest will need you to do empowered shots on targets to unlock more repeater part possibilities.
