Sonic Advance 1: Finale: The Moon Zone & Super Sonic Ending

So once you've done all of that, just play as Sonic again and beat Eggman at the X-Zone one more time.

Instead of the place blowing up, Eggman escapes to the moon. Sonic uses the power of the Chaos Emeralds to transform into Super Sonic and chase him through the moon in his Super Egg Robot for one TRUE showdown!

Super Sonic is invincible, but he still need Rings to stay in that form. You can get more by hitting the missiles that are meant to catch him for a few seconds.

To attack the robot, you have to "jump" and dash at its face. You have to be on point and aim right at it!

You beat Eggman here, and then you'll truly beat the game!

Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and several of their smaller animeal friends could only watch the moon from their planet, hoping that Sonic will be able to make it back him in one piece.

A few days later, while flying the Tornado, Tails had seen Super Sonic racing past him. Looks like he made it back after all, and the world was better for it!
