During this tough time and while we are self-isolating, I have started filming live videos from home to keep inspiring you to move, stay healthy, stay fit & elevate your move!
So let's celebrate what our bodies can do TOGETHER
🛠 No Equipments 🛠
All you need is a chair, a mat, and a couple of dumbbells. If you don't have a mat at home, you can fold 2 towels on top of each other, and use bottles of water or cans of food ( Make sure they are of equal weights).
✔✔ Level : Intermediate. Also suitable for improvers (Apply modifications where necessary)
