Ingredients:
Basmati rice 500 grams
Soaked it for 30 minutes in water
Take some vegetable like Cauliflower, Beans and Carrot
Cut it like medium size
Boil it with some salt and Turmeric powder
Paneer – cut it like medium size cube
Panee + Vegetables = 500 grams
Boiled Green Peas
Cashew nut and Raisin
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion Paste – take 2 Onions
Chopped Onion Fry
Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Basil leaves 1 tbsp
Green Chili 4
Bay leaves 2
Star Anise 2
Cinnamon 4
Cloves 6
Cardamom 6
Dry Ginger 2 pieces
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili Powder ½ tsp
Black Peeper ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
White Oil 2 tbsp
Biryani Masala 2 tsp – it has Whole Coriander, Whole Cumin, Black Peeper, Red Chili, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Whole Fennel and Nutmeg
Fry everything in a hot pan without oil and make it powder
You can use readymade Biryani Masala from market
