🌈 DEI : Go woke, go broke ? (Diversity, equity, inclusion)

Описание: 🌈 Efficiency is already complicated to achieve for anyone: group, company, team, government, school. So if we add a layer of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), we're out of luck. It's a good idea on paper, but it doesn't work. It's better to concentrate on helping people to be more efficient and more useful than on setting quotas... But of course it's easier to make quotas than to really attack the source of the problem ....
