New visibility settings: now the detection range of the marker and model depends on the size (height) of the ship. Also, the detection range depends on the mode of view being used (3rd person view or first person view) and by using the binoculars, the detection range will be increased by 3 times. For example, the detection range of the Pr. 183 boat are as follows: detection - 6.9 km in the binoculars view mode, and 2.3 km in 3rd person view; identification - 3 km in the binoculars view mode and 1.1 km in 3rd person view.
Smoke screens have been activated for all types of ships. The working mechanics act in the same way as they do for ground vehicles (engine smoke generating system).
The probability of a ship catching fire when struck by high-explosive fragmentation shells on the sheathing and funnels, as well as when the engine compartment is damaged, has been reduced.
Indication for shallow depths on a ship's heading has been added.
New visual effects when wrecking a destroyer have been added.
Display of shell-holes on player’s ship, achieved by switching to the X-Ray view mode while in battle, has been added.
