Young Carers Supporting Guidance for GPs - Short version

Описание: The NHS England unpaid carers team has been working with young carers to meet objectives in the NHS Long Term Plan. Specifically, to develop and roll out supporting guidance (top-tips) for general practice which have been developed by young carers. This video highlights the importance of professionals listening, recognising their challenges, and making healthcare more accessible and inclusive, and how we can ensure they feel seen, supported, and valued. Young carers will benefit from this more proactive approach. This video includes a QR code to the SNOMED codes for identification.
