Not every winning point in pickleball is flashy and this point shows why.
Caden and I get pressured in the transition zone here, but instead of forcing anything, we stay patient, reset the ball, and work our way up to the kitchen. That’s where most points are actually won.
This is why drilling resets, staying low with a strong ready position, and learning how to move from the baseline to the net matters so much. At higher levels, opponents apply real pressure. Your job is to survive it, slow the point down, and make them hit one more.
Winning pickleball isn’t about highlights. It’s about patience, positioning, and trusting the process.
