This is raw storm cam - a static camera set up to record the worst of a typhoon or hurricane as it hits. This stock footage reel is from the eyewall of typhoon Haikui in Taiwan in September 2023 showing ferocious hurricane winds and heavy rain lashing the port of Chenggong. It was shot in 3840x2160 30p on GoPro 9 Black.
