This is why I always open my hives at the 2 day post hatch date for the queen cells. 1) To make sure the cell hatched. 2) To make sure the queen is healthy and can fly out to mate.
As you can see in this video the queen has deformed wings on her left side. This could be from DWV or from something that happened in the cell. This queen will never be able to fly and get mated so she is of no use to me at this time of the year. If this happened in July August time frame I would stock a 5 frame deep nuc with DRONE brood frames and let her lay in them and add a queen excluder and rob every 21 days a frame of worker brood for this hive just to get the drones in the area due to hives do not keep massive amounts of drones during the summer dearth.
