The higher horsepower 3.8L/4.0L Essex v6 in the New Edge Mustangs and Ford trucks have a different intake manifold. So you need to adapt them to your 'return style' fuel system.
In this episode we combine the fuel rails of the old engine with the new one, runs off of the fuel pressure regulator. Converting the dead-head fuel rail to a return system, saving a lot of time and money installing a new fuel pump, sensors, and wiring.
One step closer to getting this car running again.
