This Handheld Polariscope can be used for quality control of glass container , preform , other molding parts and many other glass products .
By indicating residual stress in an earlier process , a Polariscope helps much to prevent glass from cracking . Meanwhile , it lowers the possibility of prefroms from bursting in a bottle blowing machine . And less marks will be left in plastic bottles .
Different from common bench type Polariscope , this model adopts seperating design , that means the analyzer and polarizer are movable .
One advantage of this model is the flexible installation .
The Second advantage is no limit to the height of detecting objects .
The Third advantage is that the net weight is almost reduced to half . This lightweight design make it more convenient to carry .
