Shetan Gawt/The Devils Corner Lake

This pretty little corner named after the the devil him self is located above Kedam 3km ahead of Bahrain in Swat Valley. This is the biggest lake of Swat Valley and consists of 3 huge bodies of water with dozens of picturesque peaks and towers. The main Peak resembles the peak behind Ratti Gali lake and this massive lake forms a huge valley closed from all side and full open from the other side to the view of sarbanda lake which is another huge lake with 3 bodies of water. The trek to it starts from Bhail Village where you can take a 4x4 in 45 mins. Once there the trek to it starts which is some 13 to 16 hours long in total. There are two settlements in the way Tarkanna Banda and Sar Banda with the lake. Tarkanna Banda took 5 hours and then another 5 hours to reach SarBanda. Then 3-4 hours of trek along a huge waterfall to the lake. The lake its self is some 2km long from one side to another and is only reccomeneded for seasoned trekkers or you better have a lot of time.
