Timing out your healing can play a major role in helping you best coordinate all your city, alliance and kingdom activities. There is no need to have your hospitals healing for 24 hours when shorter periods will serve the purpose.
Take advantage of your alliance helpers and time out your healing accordingly, in order to put the most in-demand troops back into action.
