To slow down. To let go. To lift our eyes and trust that dawn is closer than we think.
This song is born from that waiting.
It tells the story of a God who does not arrive in noise or power,
but in humility.
In the faith of a young girl.
In the stillness of Bethlehem.
In love made flesh.
While the world looks for signs of strength, heaven chooses weakness.
While darkness feels endless, a light quietly breaks through.
A child is given.
Hope is born.
Peace begins to grow.
This is an Advent prayer.
A song of expectation.
A reminder that the Light has already entered the darkness —
and the darkness did not overcome it.
With lamps awake and hearts made ready, we wait.
And in the stillness of our longing, we whisper the ancient cry of the Church:
Come, Lord Jesus.
