Описание: Get your flow on with this Pilates magic circle (ring) workout. We’ll dedicate 20 minutes to flowing with the ring through integrated movements that target the obliques, pelvic floor, and inner thighs. The we complete the strength building with 10 minutes of balanced core work to finish.

Length: 30 minutes
Targets: Full body
Level: Low intensity, beginner to intermediate
Equipment: Exercise mat and a magic circle. Use a small ball if you don’t have a ring!
