1. Working Principle: Rotary Indexing Cycle
Unlike linear machines that operate in a straight line, this machine uses a circular turntable (rotary) design:
Tray Loading: Pre-formed trays are placed into the molds (manually or automatically).
Indexing/Rotation: The turntable rotates to bring the trays to the MAP station.
