Its portfolio features gold and base metal projects in exploration districts, including Nevada, Northwestern British Columbia and Northwestern Mexico. Its flagship royalties include Ermitano and Silicon. The Ermitano property consists of 165 square kilometers of contiguous mineral tenure located approximately 145 kilometers from Hermosillo and only 3.5 kilometers southeast of First Majestic’s Santa Elena gold-silver mine in Sonora, Mexico. The Silicon project is located in Bare Mountain mining district, Nye County, Nevada.
