A Fox Lake mother is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday afternoon on child abuse charges after her 11-year-old son was found bloody and bruised last week when investigators say he tried to run away. Priscilla Marshall, 34, and her boyfriend, 35-year-old Cody Marion, have each been charged with aggravated battery to a child, a Class 3 felony. They've also each been charged with three Class A misdemeanors, including endangering the life or health of a child.
