February 12th 2496, Eos Mining District, Ganymede, Rings of Jupiter

Last cycle’s attack in the underground mining complex has raised concerns within UNSC Command, though the incident is currently assessed as an isolated act carried out by a small group of workers. Ore production across the colony continues uninterrupted, and the majority of the workforce remains cooperative.

However, the breach exposed vulnerabilities around several Tier‑1 storage sites containing ammunition reserves, cold‑fusion devices, and other high‑value materials awaiting scheduled off‑world transport. With the next transport vessels inbound, Command has authorised a precautionary deployment to ensure these assets remain secure.

Havok Company has been tasked with establishing a stabilising presence in the district, reinforcing key sites, and overseeing the safe transfer of critical materials. No organised resistance is expected, but isolated individuals may attempt to exploit the uncertainty following the incident in Mining Base 04.
