Описание: Known today as "Flat Back". An ORIGINAL move done underneath the Barre with your spine pressed up against the wall in a flat C-Curve position of the spine. Using the Barre for leverage and support, push your hands up into it as you draw your abdominals in toward the wall & let your shoulders come forward before lifting your legs off the ground.
