The is a short guide showing how you can install OpenSSL on a Windows machine. The machine used in the tutorial in Windows 11, however the same steps can be use to install OpenSSL in older windows machine such as windows 7.
OpenSSL is the most common toolkit for the Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols. OpenSSL in also a general purpose cryptography library.
