Fruit Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups of mix fruit of choice (Banana is must)
4-5 dates
5-7 raisins
2-3 tbs ground nuts
For Dressing:
2 tbs Mayonnaise
1 tbs sweetened condensed milk.
1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix all the ingredients well and serve it cold.
Cheese and Spinach Pastry:
Ingredients:
10 Puff Pastry Sheets
1 cup cooked spinach
1 small onion
2-3 clove of garlic
3-4 cubes (3-4 tbs ) of cream cheese
1/4 tbs white pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 chicken cube (Optional)
1 tbs oil
salt to taste
cook onion in oil until translucid. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute than add spices and chicken cube and cook for another 1 minute. Add spinach and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the spinach is well done. Add cream cheese and cook on high flam. if it looks too thick and then add some milk. let it cool down before filling the pastry. Fill the pastry and fold it as per your choice. Bake it in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Potato and Chicken Cheese Balls:
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes.
1cup boiled and shredded chicken
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbs fresh coriander
2 tbs green chili or to taste.
1 cup cheese
salt to taste
for coating
Egg wash
All-purpose flour
Breadcrumbs.
oil for frying
Mixed well all ingredients into chicken and potatoes and fill with cheese. Make tight balls or shape of your choice. Coat with all-purpose flour than egg wash and then with breadcrumbs. Deep fry on medium high flam until gold color. Serve hot.
chines Samosa:
Ingredients:
Samosa leaves
1 cup cooked noodles
1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup carrot (shredded)
1 cup cabbage
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs hot sauce
1 tbs soya sauce
1 tbs vinegar
1 chicken cube
1 tbs oil
salt to taste
In a deep woke, heat oil and fry chicken for a minute than add veggies and spices. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and noodles, then add all the sauces. Cook for a minute and let it cool down before filling the samosa sheets.
Fill the samosa sheet and fry them into medium high heat until gold color. Serve hot.
