Easy Tiramisu with Condensed Milk and No Raw Eggs

Tiramisu is a delicious Italian no-bake dessert made with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and delicate mascarpone cream. This Tiramisu cream does not contain raw eggs!
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
✅️ Savoiardi ladyfingers cookies - 400g
✅️ Boiled water - 500ml (50ml - hot and 450ml - cold)
✅️ Instant coffee - 4 teaspoons = 8g
✅️ Cold whipping cream 33% - 500ml
✅️ Condensed milk - 300ml
✅️ Cold Mascarpone cheese - 500g
✅️ Cocoa powder - for garnish
► My glass casserole dish is 9 x 14 inches
How to make:
1. For cream whip cold heavy whipping cream to soft peaks. Gradually add cooled condensed milk and whisk. Add mascarpone cheese to the bowl and whisk.
2. Prepare 500 ml of coffee. Use 4 teaspoons of instant coffee and 50 ml of boiling water. Add 450 ml of cold boiled water. The coffee should be cold.
3. Do not oversoak your ladyfingers. That is why I use a plate for this. My glass casserole dish is 9 x 14 inches. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the prepared coffee. Arrange them in the glass casserole dish.
4. Cover half of the mascarpone cream over the top of the ladyfingers.
5. Arrange another layer of the dipped ladyfingers. Smooth the remaining mascarpone cream over the top.
6. Cover the casserole dish with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5 hours or better overnight.
7. After that use a fine mesh strainer to cover the cake with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
