On Monday, November 6 at 12:00–1:00 pm HST, Dr. April Herlevi (Senior Research Scientist, CNA) and Dr. Tarcisius Kabutaulaka (Associate Professor of Pacific Islands Studies, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa) joined Dr. Kristi Govella (Director, Center for Indo-Pacific Affairs, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa) for a panel discussion on these questions.
