This was proved from the phone call details and the charge sheet in the case will be filed soon, said the officials. According to the explanation submitted in the court, it is learnt that the Crime Branch has collected enough scientific evidence against the ADGP's daughter. The court had stayed the arrest of driver Gavaskar. The driver had filed an appeal in the court seeking to quash the case filed against him by the ADGP's daughter and the hearing of the plea was put off to July 17.
