I KNOW that some Buyers are winning with FHA offers in this market so unless you know EXACTLY WHAT THEY OFFERED and EXACTLY WHAT THEIR "COMPETITION" offered, as well as the "terms of the house" you should have several seats (insert smile) - there are a lot of "side-line" Realtors out there these days.
