I take a change in direction for this one and talk about the often difficult subject of mental health, especially the difficulties I and other men face. It's a controversial subject right now which is why I feel I want to be open and honest and use this platform as a force for good.
I also rip some local trails at the same time to calm the chimp in my own head - winter has been long and it's taking its toll on my mood - bikes always help!
