My Secret Soraka Runes and Builds for 65+% Win Rate

Описание: This strategy provides very strong protection and survival ability. Every rune shows my unique understanding. The key is to get Warmog's Armor at mid game. Then the enemy will be hard to kill you. You can also combine Heal + W + R + Shield (Locket of the Iron Solari) to prevent your teammates getting one shot. (Version 14.8)

Spells: Flash + Heal. Move speed and Health restore is very important.

Items:
1: Moonstone Renewer. Core build, heal much more.
2: Warmog's Armor. With the bonus Heal from runes, we can trigger Warmog's Heart after buying this. It is expensive but we will be almost unkillable after owning this. We usually have enough money to buy it at 20 mins.
3: Ionian Boots of Lucidity. Upgrade from Magical Footwear. We need cooldown for W and Move Speed for survival.
4: Locket of the Iron Solari. Most time choose this one. Build this to make yourself more tank. At this time enemy is very likely to have Grievous Wounds, so the Shield it provides will be useful.
4: Knight's Vow. If only one of your teammate is strong, think about building this.
5: Last one has many choices and the game is very likely to end. Recommand to select one support item upgrading from Forbidden Idol, since we may be short of mana for the frequent usage of W.

Runes:
--Guardian: it helps save both your teammates and your life, and it can benefit from AP and bonus Health.
-Font of Life: it can heal your teammate a lot in laning phase.
-Second Wind: the reason why I take this instead of Bone Plating is that Soraka is weak against long range champions. It can recover some health against poke.
-Revitalize: no doubt, heal more.
-Magical Footwear: we need to save money for Warmog's Armor and don't have spare money for boots, so we get it free.
-Future's Market: as a support we are very poor and this rune can help us get Warmog's Armor a little earlier.
-Attack Speed: must take! We need this to be more aggresive. And we can destroy two wards with single Oracle Lens.
-Health Scaling: must take! We need this to trigger Warmog's Heart at about level 9.

Finally, don't hesitate to take some kills or minions if you think your bot is bad. Then we can have more money to help the entire team.
