My Sicilian grandparents believed food was love, family, and community… and that shaped everything about who I am.

I started working in kitchens when I was 13, had my share of Anthony Bourdain “Kitchen Confidential” moments, and fell in love with the chaos and the craft. After culinary school, I spent 15 years in fine dining, mastering the fundamentals that chefs use every single day. Now, after more than 30 years in this industry, I’m jumping back in as the owner of a brand-new restaurant opening in Fall 2025—and I want you to come along for the ride.

On this channel, I’ll teach you everything I know: how to braise, bake, sauté, grill—all the skills that give you confidence in the kitchen. We’ll make incredible beef recipes, fresh bread, desserts, seafood, and dishes from all over the world.
