Описание: Fr. Ben reminded us that Lent is a journey with Jesus built on three simple disciplines, prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Prayer heals our relationship with God, fasting heals our relationship with ourselves by helping us say no to unhealthy patterns, and almsgiving heals our relationship with others by making room for the poor and those in need. Reflecting on the Lord’s Prayer, he invited us to return to our Father who never fails, to let God’s name be glorified in our lives, and to align our will with the Father’s will. Lent becomes fruitful when we stop only thinking about change and begin living it with trust, daily surrender, and a real commitment to grow.
