In her talk, Melissa-Anne Cunningham-Sereque discusses how issues of sexual assault and workplace discrimination are not only traumatizing for the victims, but also extremely costly to the businesses in which these events take place. With various data and examples, she demonstrates the value of seeing these problems as more than just political or social justice issues.
