This shell was already performing well before the OTA, but Doc Ocs cost reduction allows him to comfortably be added in as a tempo value card now! We went on an incredible 7-1 spree with this deck and doc oc felt okay in it alongside our other clutter tools like white widow and viper. He could be replaced with Shang if you'd rather though.
