Should I Wash Spinach?

Описание: YES! Even spinach that says on the package that it is prewashed, I always wash it. You can see my full washing instructions in the blog below. This, along with storing it in a glass container or in silicone bags in the freezer allows me to keep it fresh for weeks!

We grab it out of the freezer for smoothies and it's great to always have on hand.
