On July 23, 1993 Shirly Harmon, wondering where her 10-year-old daughter, Shakeima Cabbagestalk was, called her mother to check if her daughter had spent the night with her.
When her mother, Clara Cabbagestalk, told her no, Shirley contacted the authorities and reported her daughter missing.
According to Clara, the last time she saw Shakeima was on July 22, 1993, playing in her front yard. Shakeima hasn’t been seen since.
