Muzaffargarh is the 39th largest city of country by population, located at the bank of Chenab River, in Punjab, Pakistan. The city is located between two rivers: the Indus and the Chenab. The meaning of 'Muzaffargarh' is "Fort of Muzaffar" because the old town lies inside the walls of a fort built there. There is a large number of industries situated in the city making it a district at a glance.
