Welcome to Southside Village! This is located West of the Trail on Hillview and Osprey, right in the heart of some of the most desired neighborhoods in Sarasota where homes start at $1M.
There are many delicious restaurants in this area, as well as amazing consignment shops, salons, a gourmet market, bars with fun live entertainment, and more!
In this video, I highlighted some of my top favorite options! Libby's, offering both indoor and outdoor dining, is open for lunch and dinner and has an amazing happy hour. Gecko's is a sports bar with over 20 TVs, amazing food and drinks, and a great place to go for all your favorite sporting events. Elixir is a cute little tea shop that has over 80 varieties of tea, as well as imported coffees and smoothies. Pazzo is an amazing authentic Italian restaurant with an authentic pizza oven. Pacific Rim serves both Thai and sushi and is open for lunch and dinner, with adorable outdoor seating and fantastic food. Origin Craft Beer and Pizza has some of the tastiest pizza I've ever tried and their bar is a favorite local hangout. Southside Deli is the BEST deli! It is always crowded, frequented by staff at the hospital, and has some of the most delicious homemade soups you will ever try, plus they have a drive-thru pickup option. Perq Coffee Bar has fresh coffee and tea, as well as breakfast and lunch options when you're on the go! Legends Sports Bar and Knick's Tavern and Grill are great places to watch your favorite game or grab a drink after a long day. Southside Villages also has some amazing consignment shops, like Fifi's and Beautiful You, where you will find a variety of brand-name items that are of amazing quality! Sarasota Memorial Hospital is here and is one of the BEST hospitals in the country.
