The session was part of 'Open Source, Ethics & Innovation in AI', a two-day event organised by The Turing Way Practitioners Hub under the InnovateUK BridgeAI programme on 25–26 November 2024 at BMA House, London. The event focused on open source AI practices and technologies, exploring regulatory aspects and the opportunities open source provides in levelling the playing field for emerging companies. Through keynotes, panels, and hands-on sessions, the programme highlighted how open source is driving breakthroughs in AI and redefining innovation across sectors.
