FIX A STUCK HORN THAT WON'T STOP GOING OFF.
Anyone who's owned a 1994-1996 ROADMASTER or two is probably painfully aware of the horn issue that unless your car is a garage baby in a cooler climate, is only a matter of time before your roadie becomes possessed by a gremlin that likes to blow the horn at the most inopportune times.
I'm not sure, but this may also be an issue with the caddies and caprice/impala SS too.

In my case, some Aholes who according to the security guy claimed were out near my car drinking, must've decided they didn't like it beeping at them for being Aholes so one of them cut himself breaking my window in a futile attempt to get it to stop. By the time i got down to my car they were long gone but my car's horn was still going strong at 1:30am. Yeah, i mentioned my neighbors love me.

I had already done this mod on my 1995 roadmaster sedan, but i only hooked up one button - which i decided wasn't good enough.
I've seen a lot of people bypass the steering wheel entirely and put a stupid big red button on the dash where imo is completely useless as it's not intuitive to reach behind the steering wheel just to blow your horn - often in a state of panic and distress.

Another plus by bypassing the airbag is now i can use the airbag as a writing surface without accidentally blowing the horn. On the negative side, the buttons can get some getting used to - especially if you have more than one car and are conditioned to hitting the center of the wheel for the horn.

My biggest caveat is to MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DISCONNECTED THE CAR BATTERY AND PULLED THE AIRBAG FUSE AND LET IT SIT FOR AT LEAST 30-60MIN TO MAKE SURE THE AIRBAG ISN'T CHARGED ANYMORE, AND HANDLE IT WITH CARE WHEN YOU ARE REMOVING IT. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, JUST SEARCH FOR SOME VIDEOS OF IDIOTS PLAYING WITH AIRBAGS.
