One day, a few years ago, Larry found a small company in Pennsylvania that was producing exactly the type of products he’d been searching for: a complete basement finishing system that was 100% waterproof, impervious to water and, since being made with inorganic materials, would not support mold growth.
He bought the little company and moved it into a newly constructed facility adjacent to the Basement Systems headquarters in Seymour, CT.
