For those who want corn on the last days of summer. If you dont know how to grill corn for Labor Day . Here is a delicious oven baked recipe.
Garlic Parmesan Corn:
Fresh Corn ( clean & peel)
Butter slices (1/2 stick)
Water (fill pan halfway)
Olive oil (rub corn in oil)
Seasonings salt, pepper, smoked paprika and Parmesan cheese.
Bake on 350 for 1 hour. But for the 1st 30 minutes covered in foil then take off and bake another 30 mins Then add garlic parmesan seasonings and bake another 5-10 mins util browns and get a crust
