On The Scene: Apollo Quiboloy, leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC), appeared at the Pasig Regional Trial Court (RTC) on Thursday for the continuation of hearings in his qualified human trafficking case. The hearing marked the first time Quiboloy came face-to-face in court with former Philippine National Police chief and now MMDA General Manager Nicolas Torre III, who led Quiboloy’s arrest in August 2024 while serving as Davao Region Police chief.
