You will need a sturdy chair for this workout NOT A FOLDING CHAIR. This workout will be done 100% in a seated position. This is a great way for you to still get in some resistance exercise even if you are not able to stand. No excuses...I could have easily skipped today's workout because I have a sore foot, but instead I figured out what I COULD do and I'm bringing that to you. You will need a set of weights and some water nearby. We will work the full body with one minute combo moves, the round will consist of 5 different combo moves and we will go through the moves two times. We will sill start with a warm-up and do some stretching at the end....all seated!
As always, listen to your body while you are exercising, if it hurts stop doing it or drop down on your weight. If you are feeling unwell at any time during this workout please stop.
