Police policies on high-speed chases have been placed under scrutiny after two innocent women were killed in a collision with an allegedly stolen vehicle at Camden in western Sydney.
NSW police officers say the crash occurred 40 minutes after they suspended their pursuit of the vehicle which subsequently caused the collision.
