1. Atap Chal ( rice processed without boiling)/Raw rice flavored- 200 Gms
2. Green chili
3. Kaju/Kashew nut : 59 Gms
4. Kismis/drived grapes:50 Gms
5. Badam/almond : 50 Gms (Optional)
6. Pesta : 50 Gms (Optional)
7. Ginger paste : 1 tea spoon
8. Sugar : 1 table spoon
9. Coriander leaf (optional)
10. Salt & turmeric as per taste
11. Oil: Light oil extra virgin- Use olive oil if possible (Desi Ghee is main ingredient)
