A key concern is that "Small traders are fearing tax from UPI payment. Traders are claiming GST notice is being given to them and they are shunning UPI payment methods." To address the growing turmoil, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has scheduled a meeting with the traders at his residence.
